When Sion ult's into the enemy fountain in dominion and dies, his passive will spawn in your fountain and will start to regen health in passive causing the game to crash leaving no trace of it.

What do you mean a fix has been made internally? All I see is that Sion has been removed from The Crystal Scar with no global notification. This is a fix?
