Promos game didnt count?

Hey all, was just in a game during my promos that I won, and right when the match was over the game shut down on me (due to the NA server shutdown). I went back to my match history and it indeed shows a victory, but did not count it toward my promo games. Is there anyway I can get this fixed, or am I SOL?
