Riot Champion Select Bug [client] I guess...

So I wanted to play a ranked game and when I entered the champion select something really weird happened. When the enemy had their pick they insta locked Annie and Ekko however for some reason the timer stayed on their side and the person below wasn't allowed to pick either even though their box turned light grey and my stayed black. I thought I would just have to wait for the timer to go up and it would be my pick, however when the timer went up I was kicked out of champion select for not picking a champ.

10. third and fourth pick insta locked (enemy team)
11. I hear the ka-ching sound but the timer stays on enemy team
12. I can't pick my champ and my box stays black instead of turning grey additional the person bellow me had their box turn grey but couldn't pick (or just didn't)
13. Timer runs out on enemy team it should be my pick, instead I get sent out of champ select and lose LP and get 15 minute ban

Unfortunately I didn't take a picture, I would like this bug to be removed and for me to get my LP back
