[CLIENT][CRASH] Crash during ranked loading screen

After starting a ranked game a noticed that the game loading screen was taking some time and was stuck on 100%. this occasionally happens when another user has a bad connection so I waited it out. The loading circle was still running but the loading bar was maxed at 100%, then the program stopped responding and crashed. I relaunched and reconnected only to find the game already in progress and my team had started a remake vote. This has happened a couple of times to me but this is the first time it's resulted in LP loss or a remake vote. This issue seems to be occuring alot more often during this patch.
