Health Regen

Every so often in games I notice either myself or someone else getting a huge health regen. Like I was in a match and our mid laner got 545 hp/5. Or I was in going out of base as voli and had 445. Or a random player in a random spot in the map had it. I don't know how to reproduce it but it may be the reason some die or live in fights.
