stuck in accepted match screen

today i tried to get my pbe account started but for some reason it said my password wasn't the same for my main account so i decided to do my first win of the day bonus on the regular client while waiting for the email and yeah 5 seconds of waiting i accept the match and then the wrench happens i waited for a good 10 minutes and nothing so i closed it what's going on?
