Ekko bug [gameplay]

When ekko uses Chronobreak, the ability sometimes doesn't work properly. Chronobreak doesn't hit any damage on the target that's in the area where champions should be damaged . The strange thing is that this bug only occurs in 20-30% of the times that i used Chronobreak. I don't know how to activate this bug.. it just comes and goes. Please fix this!
