[Gameplay] Camera is locked on fountain
So this has happened twice since the new patch where I load onto the rift fine but my screen is locked in the fountain. The only way I can move the camera is by clicking on the mini-map. Even when I enable locked camera it won't follow my champion and stays on spawn. Another bug which only happens along with this one is I can't single left-click, only double click. It seems like a very bizarre bug to me. I tried resetting to default, the only solution is to reload the game which does work but is obviously not a good solution. This glitch happens probably one out of ten games.
How to reproduce:
- Start a game
- Load onto the rift
- Camera is locked
