Have any of you had this problem? I had this game with a friend of mine and he was adc and he had s for it before so he had the Hextech chest already but when i played with him he and I got S but I received just one chest :( how is that possible. It says that if my partymade friend get an S I should have 2 chests :(. Can someone pls explain to me.
You can only get 1 a week.
This is not a bug, you should only get one chest. The reason for this is even if a party member gets an S rank, the chest you receive counts for the champion you played, not the one they played. Just as an example, if you are playing Caitlyn and a party member is playing Zed, and that party member gets an S, the chest you receive will count towards Caitlyn, not Zed, and you will no longer be able to receive a chest while playing Caitlyn for the rest of a season.
This means that you can't get 2 chests in one game, because if you did, you would be getting 2 chests for the same champion, and that can't happen.
