[Client] Long loading times after having already been in champ select

When I search for a game, it usually takes 0:45-1:30 (Mins) to find a game, however, once someone leaves/dodges/forgets to lock, I get booted from the lobby and back into the 'searching for a game' queue, however, it will sit there for 10 minutes and the client will find NOTHING. Then, once I leave searching for a game, and then re-search for a game, again, I find one in like 0:45-1:30.

Not a game breaking bug or anything, just something that needs to be ironed out. Also, not sure if it affects many others, so if anyone else experiences this, please say below so the devs know if there are more affected.
