[GAMEPLAY] Could not use items (pots,Crucible,sightstone,frosqueen)

I played Taliyah and first I bought sightstone I Think I used it to put out wards, after a while I realised my sightstone did not work, I realised all my items was greyed out and did not work (Crucible, sightstone, frostqueens + pot (I had charges and was damaged))

The frostqueen was grayed out and did not have a cd timer.

I sold my sightstone and bought a new one, It did not help.

I Think my buy order was sightstone frostqueens claim, mikaels crucible.

Sorry I cant give a more exact description. I Think the bugg happened late in the game.
