Spectate Issues?

Every time I attempt to spectate a game, it either INSTANTLY bugsplats, or posts the black screen before the loading screen and THEN bugsplats. I'ved tried this accross 3 separate accounts that i own and the results are all exactly the same. Even if i use the spectate batch files from na.op.gg, results are still the same.

Is this internal or should i check my client, i was able to spectate just fine the day before.
