League Crash/Freezing Issue

This issue has only been happening to me since season nine started, but almost once or twice a day now when I play the game it will freeze and crash. My internet is perfectly stable, I have a great connection, and never lag. I'll just be in a game when all of a sudden I hear the windows ding like when you unplug a controller, and right after my screen will just freeze. I can't close the game or do anything on that monitor, but the other monitor works just fine. I cant pull up task manager through the frozen screen either, and always have to sign out and back in. I've never been prompted to use the tool after one of these freeze crashes, and I was just wondering if anyone else was having this issue, and if they knew what caused it/how to fix it.
