League Crash/Freezing Issue

This issue has only been happening to me since season nine started, but almost once or twice a day now when I play the game it will freeze and crash. My internet is perfectly stable, I have a great connection, and never lag. I'll just be in a game when all of a sudden I hear the windows ding like when you unplug a controller, and right after my screen will just freeze. I can't close the game or do anything on that monitor, but the other monitor works just fine. I cant pull up task manager through the frozen screen either, and always have to sign out and back in. I've never been prompted to use the tool after one of these freeze crashes, and I was just wondering if anyone else was having this issue, and if they knew what caused it/how to fix it.

I have this issue too. But I have no idea how to fix it.

What did you use to test your internet connection? speedtest.net is good to use if you haven't
Try to disable windows firewall and use a third party firewall like AVAST or McAfee and allow League client to pass through with permission rights
Could be corrupted files from league folder itself after updates/patch (which means you need to re download the whole client from website but first uninstall league fully)
Could be that your VPN if you have one active is interfering with league servers which in any case turn it off
Try lower graphics settings might also have something to do with your system specifications but not sure I need more information on that
cmd + ipconfig /flushdns + ipconfig /release + ipconfig /renew

It most likely is not league client to be honest and I dont blame them fully, it is most likely an internal problem.. Microsoft has recently rolled out updates in windows that has changed certain settings or file types. And now messing with your client.

These are the only things I can advice you on since I dont have vision of your system...

I know it isnt my internet connection because I can run the game at 170 fps avg without capping, and I get test speeds in the 30's on wifi. I already use McAfee, and I ran a full repair yesterday (I haven't played since the full repair to test it). I don't have a VPN and i know the graphics arent the issue because my computer is custom built and quite expensive. I don't think its the client per say as much as the game itself if that makes sense. Thanks for the suggestions though.
