ASHE ULT HACK

SO I was doing a normal Summoners Rift game and it was me as vayne ( ), my support as blitzcrank ( ), their adc as ashe ( ), and their support as zilean ( ). It was all normal as it seemed until we hit level 6. I'm not sure of the exact CL on her ult, but she managed to ult from a distance once, and then about 15-20 seconds her ult would reappear on the screen at her control, and both had the same effect as the description given from league. Please nerf this, although we won, the ashe was able to ult and single out people about every 20 seconds and even 40% cl would make it to about 60 seconds so i know this is a bug.
