[gameplay] Nexus blitz smite never changed to chilling smite

Purchased pridestalker's blade - Cinderhulk during nexus blitz but my smite never changed to chilling smite nor was I able to smite champions. Not sure how to recreate since it only happened once. The smite buff icon (where it shows it current damage) changed to the chilling smite one but the ability itself never changed. Was playing as Ornn
