Did you kill a lane minion before hitting a champion or turret?

Edit: Just noticed the op is new to the boards. So 99.99% of him never looking back at this post.

I love how posters on the forums find things so quick and easy to dismiss. But the original poster might be onto something. I played a bot game on a Zyra recently and noticed that just regular aa pokes on a champ (and yes, these were clear shots where the champ was not blocked by minions and I did not hit a minion recently) were not registering in the early stages of the game. I thought it was unusual and didn't report it - but I am glad that he brought this up.

I've used item 3303 in a game and found nothing wrong with it. I even went into a custom game and proced it no problem.

Also I didn't dismiss anything. My question is a legit one to ask when people bring this kind of thing up as this is not the first time this has been posted and the whole time it was just player error.

He also played teemo in the game that he bought item 3303 and most likely killed minions.

Likewise - support main here and most of the time I've found it working satisfactorily, but I have noted that every 1 in 20-30 games, I find myself wondering if it has seemed to "skip a beat" and not performed the way it should. As for the fact that the player was manning a Teemo and probably killing minions, I'll refrain from comment. ;-p
