[Gameplay] Sunfire and Tahm Kench Ult

During the channel part of Tahm Kench's ult, sunfire damage occurs when it probably shouldn't.

1. Pick Tahm Kench (Was red side for the game)
2. Build Sunfire Cape
3. Use ult on top of enemy minions
4. Minions will take damage from Sunfire Cape before Tahm Kench appears where the minions are.
