[GAMEPLAY] Alistar W -> AA is possible again and it's inconsistent

Alistar used to be able to W -> Right Click (AA) to hit enemy champions as they were knocked away. This was patched out because of balance.

I played a custom game as Alistar to train on doing his W > Q combo which seemed a lot harder than I remember it as. During this testing I noticed that W > Right click sometimes worked. I was able to do it very consistently on Jax bot, Lucian bot and wasn't able to do it at all on Karthus.

Odd, so I create a Crystal Scar match against only Lucian bot and buy a Recurve Bow as attack speed seemed to make it easier to pull off. I was able to W > AA a few times but here it was even more inconsistent

I used Beginner bots in both games and different rune page setups to test. From my limited testing it seems like attack speed makes it possible but it's always very inconsistent. I wasn't able to pull it off at all if they were running straight away from me but was able to do it a few times when both of us were standing still (I was far away from melee range)
