Crashing, lagging client, dodging while accepting

So since today, I have a lot of issues with the client. I'm accepting games, but it doesn't register it. It freezes on the ban screen and after that I dodge while I spam click lock in champion. When in party with friends I get a lot of "there's a problem selecting your role", while I just pick my roles. Disenchanting champion shards takes forever. The client is or stays blue/black for whole periods. All my other internet stuffs works fine. I redownload the client, still the same problems. What is this?
