Ranked Rewards?

I haven't been punished, have no chat restrictions or reports in ranked, im silver 5 and a week after ranked ends I still haven't gotten my border? Is anyone else having this problem? rito said allow 1 or 2 days for delivery, but a week? is there some sort of bug?
