Riot, can you fix yourself..?

Thus far, this has been the worst year for anyone trying to play this game;

-Your servers have gone to crap. -Your community has gone to crap. -Your interaction with the community has gone to crap. -Resolving any issues/errors you encounter has gone to crap. -Your care for those being penalized for your games incompetence has gone to crap.

Me and many others have found ourselves battling more bugs/errors on the Rift then actual players.

At what point did you guys decide that it was "okay" to allow your community to attempt to play a broken game and be continuously punished for happenings well outside of our ability to control..?

The lack of care and attention to your fan-base has become increasingly obvious over the years, and has been putting a sour taste in players mouths all around the country.

Never before have I seen you guys become so detached from the community, that you give not a care for the fact that your broken system and failed automatic-punishment is making you lose your fans in waves.

I feel pity for any players like myself that have given this game so much since its early beginning, only to get "spit-on" by your system.

As a loyal fan of the game, I feel as tho my ties to this have been becoming weaker by the day, and I see myself (and many others) walking away because you refuse to show the same amount of interest in us that we show in you.

Wake up, Riot. Realize that you are not only hurting us, but yourself.
