I think it´s a bug i got perma banned till year 9001 for using 3rd party program

Ok, i got perma banned after spending hundreds of hours in this game for using "cheats" i have never used something like that, not even a program that have conflicts with league. I just wake up yesterday and i got banned..... I don´t use anything MAAANNNN.... BANNED TILL YEAR 9001, Really?? not even played for a while c´mon

How the hell do i get banned for not having anything installed.

I also did spend my money in this game supporting the community and cannot get a hand with this problem....

Actually i need to talk through here because i started almost 10 tickets regarding this problem and no one from the support team is answering them GG RIOT BEST SUPPORT TEAM EVER... I JUST WANT TO HAVE MY ACCOUNT BACK BECAUSE IT WAS BANNED FOR A BUG OR SOMETHING THAT IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM... I dont have anything installed really... i do not even use a program to see fps ingame just in case i get ban.... and i did get ban without a 3rd party program... Please find the reason for this, it is nonsense i just want someone from the support team helping me with this, but there is no way that i can get help.... through the support page
