Computer crashing immediately after logging in

As the title says, my computer crashes right after I log into League of Legends. It gets to the home screen where you can view your profile, champions, and join queues and then my laptop just locks up, and I have to hard reset it. I have been checking the forums, but all the issues I can find say that their computer crashes or restarts midgame. Up to this point, my laptop has run League pretty well. Any tips or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Mine is stalling on login. My computer freezes but it starts working again after 60 seconds. However, the homepage images in the client fail to load. Just black squares.

I cant even play a match! It like goes black, It doesn't even get into champ select. Please Riot! Fix this!

Yup me too, I hit log in the homepage starts to load and then my entire computer freezes.

happened to me as well. when the home page appear the whole computer crashed

I have the exact same problem. Computer crashes right after logging into league and at the home screen. It freezes my entire computer and I had to hard restart it. I did this 5 or 6 times and I get the same result.
