League of Legends PBE Vayne can't upgrade her W

From the start of the game to the end i couldn't upgrade my W on Vayne. I tried restarting, and using the hotkey to upgrade it by nothing worked. I don't know if this is an only vayne issues as i haven't experienced it on other champs in the past. I know this will probably be fixed very fast but just wanted to bring it to riots attention just in case.
