[Gameplay] Yorick not reviving when self-cast ult at moment of death, but puts ult on CD.

Played a game as Yorick where right before I died, I self-casted my ult. I did not revive upon death as expected, but my ult still went on cool-down. There was not enough time/damage to destroy my ult before I died, as it was cast almost immediately before dying. Can't reliably reproduce.
