Ranked system broken

I queued up for ranked as usual and found a game in under 4 minutes even though the estimated time was 8 minutes and we were picking bans and the last ban all of a sudden got stuck at 0 seconds and then it kicked me out of the game and said i failed to pick a champion and gave me a 30 MINUTE COOLDOWN?! what even is that?! riot please fix this ty
