Huge Bug On New Champ Select
Here's a simple but weird bug. The timer ticks to zero but the game doesn't start... Our entire team gets stuck at the champion select screen.. We can chat. we don't even know if the game started for the enemy.

Same. But it's bugging out during the banning phase.
Relog will not receive penalty they shut down new champ select again
