The 33% Scan.

It started with the 5.3 update. The game loads then you would have a update crash. The crash would force you to reinstall the update. As you do, you will get the "scan". This scan takes awhile, around 17,000 files and 1hr+ wait , yes the game will start to update. You're capable of playing at this time. Then If you stop playing and then decide to re-launch LoL again, you will get another update. This update on the other hand starts on 33% and stays there as it "scans" files forever. Plz, notice this. Anyone found any real solutions? Thanks for reading! P.S some people get the 33% update in the middle of games and causes a time band.
