[CLIENT] Sooooo many bugs

I won't explain too much because I've had a lot of bugs with the client and english isn't my native language.

First I should say that my PC is a old toaster but that toaster played LoL without bugs during 1'5 years, my connection is ok(64 ms in game) and haven't got any virus in my PC.

Let's list some of the bugs/errors:

Most frequent(probably always happens): Client doesn't open, it says "error timed out (-7)" and a link I usually solve it closing the not responding client error and starting it again.

2nd place(happened ~4 times): When the lobby timer is 0 and I should enter in the game It doesn't load the game and I have the client saying "Game in progress...." and I don't have any option of joining in the game unless I restart the client and sometimes the PC too because it won't connect to the game (I am in low-priority queue cuz of this bug)

Only 1 tiem bugs:

-"Play" button is grey and says that Ineed to restart, no reason for this happening.

-Gamemode select screen freezes, all the buttons are grey but I can go to shop etc...

-Can't log in, not a password or queue related issue.

And I don't need to talk about the horrible experience of toasters vs new client (don't give the "try low-spec mode" answer, toaster players aren't stupid just poor.
