Can't edit rune pages in Clash Champ Select

I was queueing for clash with some friends tonight and both games we played I and one of my teammates could not edit runes in champ select. This is a serious issue and screwed with our games a good bit. When we clicked the edit button it would bring up the the top of the rune page (black bar with an X button) and let us open and close that as much as we want but no actual rune screen.
