Ranked/Draft lobby bug (Urgent)

I'll keep it simple.

For the past 5 games, whenever I swap my summoner spells, the entire lobby gets darker and I can't do anything, can't click and have to wait to get into the game before I can move again. This wasn't a problem until I was first pick and decided to do my summoner spells before choosing my champion, and behold the darker screen of death which made it so that I couldn't choose my champion and was kicked out of the lobby because I didn't choose a champion (I want that 3 lp back) *Only seems to happen when in a draft mode lobby (ranked) *The link shows me re-creating the bug in a custom game.
