Windows 8.1 League 6.7 freezes whole computer while I log in
When log in, I see the menu but it is black outed and I can't access it. After a dozen second my whole computer freezes disabling me from moving my mouse and I can't Ctrl+Alt+Del

You should open task and have it on the side while loging in. See if it's disk, cpu, mem, etc..
This is also happening for me.
