I got Spirit Guard Udyr from the Riot Mystery gift thing, but I didn't unlock the Icons?

It's been bugging me since I opened the Gift, I can't use the icons or the profile banner thing. is this a bug or something or am I just SOL?

send in a support ticket, they should be able to give them to you
