Bandit Mastery only procs gold when hit by a attack not spell

the bandit mastery in cunning tree only grant 3 or 10 gold, depending on the champs you play,when you auto attack the enemy champion but not when u hit them with a spell, even though when it says "when hitting a enemy champion with attack or spell"
