Ranked PROBLEM FLEX AND SOLO/DUO

I am Silver 5 on flex but on solo/duo I am bronze 4 and although that.When i start playing Solo/Duo my team is full with idiots i don't know why i and they are so stupid and after that i lose one game and i have been demoted in bronze 5 and on the screen looked out that ''you are demoted to bronze 5 and you have one free win'' and next game i am playing again with retards please riot read this and rеmake this ranked please :)
