Vel'Koz's ult is not functioning properly. After dying while casting it the next ult will take 2-3 key presses to get the ult to activate.
Steps to repeat (as far as I can tell)
Sometimes after I use my full combo my ult will make the noise for a second and then stop before any laser is fired. I'm a vel'koz main and this has happened to me, but it's somewhat rare. Though when it happens in RANKED during a TEAMFIGHT it tends to piss me off. My team is like what happened and I'm like I don't know :(.

This also happened to me a lot in the past. Since I've had this new not able to cast error I haven't had the immediate ult end but they are both very hindering to Vel'Koz play.
