I added Rp then realized their were issues

I logged on and i added $10 of rp points but did not get them. I restarted, my client and it still wasn't their. I then notice that their were rp issues. Will i still get my rp or did money not go through?

I'm also having the same issue. I spent a lot of money only to not get what I paid for. :(
