Miss Fortune's Ult

I know Miss Fortune hasn't been played very recently, but I've noticed for a while now and thought I'd fill in on her ult. In the description of what her ult does, it doesn't actually do it.

ACTIVE: Miss Fortune channels for 2 seconds, spraying up to 8 waves of bullets (6 bullets per wave) in a cone in front of her. A wave is fired every 0.25 seconds, dealing physical damage and applying Impure Shots' passive magic damage and stack to all enemies within the area.

With that being said, Miss Fortune's ult doesn't scale off AD throughout a game. AD being in red and AP being in green. While in game it says (+0) in green followed by "physical damage", in the description of her ult. I've tested this by buying some AP to see that it would scale off of, and yes, it did.

It can scale off AP but do physical damage, that isn't a bug or anything.

You don't even explicitly say what the bug is. It sounds like you're trying to say that her ultimate scales from AP, so it must be magic damage. This is incorrect. It is physical. While rare, some skills that scale in AP are fully physical, such as Ezreal's Q, Miss Fortune's Q, and Vi's E. Another possibility is that you believe the skill isn't physical and magical like in the description. It actually deals physical damage from the base skill damage and AP scaling, but magic damage from her W's passive AD on-hit buff. It's the only skill I believe that scales physical damage on AP, and magic damage on AD.

Miss Fortune's ult I believe has a 20% AP scaling and also applies 2 stacks of her W Passive which is Magic Damage that scales off AD.

Basically this is how her ult works:

AP/Base > Physical Damage

W Passive > Magical Damage

Miss Fortune is hard to counterbuild because no matter what she's going to still be doing damage even if you have 600 Armor.
