Help please. serious tech issue. cant verify email

I have tried to verify my email. it never sends me a email. I have checked to make sure its the right e-mail address. even tried 2 other e-mails. and nothing in inbox or spam folder. and the kick is I cant open a ticket unless verified. also how am I getting chat restrictions when I don't even talk to anyone in game? I got my chat log sent to me. and it had no words on it. but it said Im chat restricted lol. I don't even talk in my games usually.
