9.18 - Kai'sa Noise Bug

Hello! Whilst playing a Ranked game, I came across a bug worth addressing. For whatever reason, Kai'sa's death/evolution sound was playing across the game, This started to happen mid-game and the noise kept coming - it didn't matter if she was in vision, or dead. Another person in the gmae had said that they heard the noises too and they said it happen whenever Dr. Mundo was on screen. I tried but simply couldn't repeat the glitch consistently.
