League Tutorial stuffed up my PC audio.

While doing the Tutorial for league (on another account) it stuffed up my entire audio system. My Computer now plays background audio such as music very loudly in the foreground, and foreground audio such as voices (in discord and even in youtube videos with people talking over music) in the background. Anyone have a fix?
