Can you please have a look at the Irelias stun, the stun is bugged due to the fact the champion is stunning me and other people when she as more health in a battle (not max health) i've been at around 1k health when shes had 1.5k and yet its a stun and not a slow. please can you look into it. its happened before.
I believe it's percentage of max health based rather than actual flat health values. Would that possibly explain it?
Her stun is bases off health % so if they had more missing health than you she will stun. Not a bug.
Correct. It's based on % of max health rather than the number. Irelia with 5k hp can still stun a full health squishy even if that squishy only has 1k hp. If anything, the skill description is the confusing part. It says irelia will stun her target if her target has a higher health % than hers, but she still stuns her target if their health % are exactly the same, at full health for example. I don't think the definition of higher includes equivalent of, but correct me if I'm mistaken.
Irelia stuns if and only if she has less health than you as a percentage. that's why :)
