Nautilus Passive Ring Indicator Bug with Spell Shields

When Nautilus auto attacks a champion with a spell shield it still puts the passive on cooldown for the attacked person but it doesn't show the ring indicator around them. This probably occurs with Yasuo and Udyr as well. The video I included shows the bug straight up as well as it happening in an actual game.
