4.19 patch

Alright, So I was all happy and dandy for this new improved patch. Thought nothing of it, just a normal patch. Well damn, was I wrong. Here's the deal, My client was stuck at 33% for a while. I restated the client several times and no avail. I had the stunning thought to reinstall league. Twice. Ironically making the problem even worse now. I can't even get pass the logo now. I have no words to describe how excruciating this is for me to fix any problem this patch has given me. If anybody has any tips on how to resolve any of these issues then please tell.
