[INSTALLATION] Users who have already installed runtimes have problem with the installation.

I have already installed all runtimes... The installer tries to install runtimes for the system which they are already installed. Which eventually ends Error. I would be happy if there was checkbox to skip installation of runtimes or detect it and dont try to install them.

If I want to install LoL I must uninstall runtimes, reboot the PC and then install LoL.
