Yasuo ult bug

I'm not sure if it happens to others but when enemies are knocked up (by allies) I cannot ult them. Even if it gives me the knock up arrows I still cannot ult off an allies knock up. To take a step back I can rarely ult off allies knock ups but it is rare.

Luckily, I can only ult off my own tornadoes.

This has happened to me since the 5.3 patch.
