SNOWDOWN TOKEN ISSUE

Greetings,

I am having an issue with snowdown token store.. i gathered 150 token which i was gathering them through all these last two weeks, i crafted the masterwork chest(golden chest) when i opened the box something popped up "saying you have to restart you client" i restarted and the chest was not there and nothinggggggggggggggggggg i got from the box... am reall upset what should i do now
