5 game leaver buster and loss for no reason

everybody loaded into a game and we were playing like normal, 3 mins a remake pops up and we all accept thinking someone was afk, the game ends and i am greeted with a 5 game leaver buster and a loss??? i was in the game since the first second of it. why does this happen to me? i never afk at all and now i got loss in placements and 5 games 20 mins q... you can see me and draven both level 2 i was never afk and i connected at the start like every body else did.
