[CLIENT] Does not progress from Patcher

Since the new patch, if I have played LoL on my PC previously, but have closed the launcher, the launcher will not open from the patcher. To be more specific step by step: Start computer Open patcher Click launch Sign-in, play Close launcher when done playing Come back later, open patcher Click launch on patcher, and this is where it hangs, the log-in screen never appears. Checking the task manager, I can see 3 copies of LoLPatcherUx.exe32, one of LoLPatcher.exe32, and one of LoLLauncher.exe*32 Terminating the process of any one of them removes all of them. A fresh restart of my PC will allow me to launch the log-in screen and play again, but if I ever close the client I'm locked out again until I restart. I'm going to try re-installing the game now and hopefully that fixes it.

Edit A fresh install of the game does not fix the problem. I still cannot launch the game from the patcher if I have previously had the game running without restarting my computer.
