Yasuo is broken!

After the last disable of Yasuo, this champion is so broken. When I play with him I can't move most of time in real time, I have checked my internet connection, my computer etc. there is no problem, everything works fine, I tried also other champs, everything is fine, but Yasuo is my main and became so broken, damage is so low with full build and heavy damage. What's happen? Why is like that?? There is something that can be done? Maybe the damage is not so important but I can't move most of the time when I play Yasuo, and mobility is his only thing that makes him powerfull....
